7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Cosmetic IR: How Do You Begin?:
Many Interventional Radiologists would like to venture into cosmetic medicine. We certainly have the required skills. However, we need education and instruction as to how to apply our skills. What tools and supplies are necessary? This workshop will help you get started.

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM New Embolization Tools And Techniques:
New devices have been developed that have simplified or made possible previously impossible procedures. The new embolization tools will be described and cases presented that will highlight the various new devices. The various devices will be available for hands-on use during the workshop.

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM UFE Adenomyosis, Pregnancy, Ovarian Arteries, Complications:
UFE has become a relatively routine procedure for interventional radiologists. Controversy remains with regard to several specific issues. Should patients with primarily Adenomyosis as a cause of their symptoms be offered UFE? Should patients who desire pregnancy or patients with infertility be treated? What role does the ovarian artery have in UFE therapy? Are pedunculated or submucosal fibroids treatable? Is there a size limitation? These issues and more will be addressed during this workshop.

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM Ablation Devices: Liver, Kidney, Lungs, Bone:
Several ablation devices are available for various areas of pathology. Experts in the area of ablation will discuss the pros and cons of the various devices and specific pathology that can be addressed with the various devices. Devices will be available for hands-on evaluation by the participants of this workshop.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM TACE, Bland Embolization And/Or Radioembolization For Hepatic Malignancies
Various technologies are available for the treatment of hepatic non-HCC malignancies - ablation, bland embolization, TACE, y-90, hepatic perfusion, etc. The experts will discuss which therapy is best for the various frequently found hepatic malignancy.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM TIPS/BRTO:
When is BRTO better than TIPS? Performing difficult TIPS. Complications of TIPS and BRTO Tools needed for these procedures will be discussed and available for hands-on demonstration.
